THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
After a Teller Transaction is posted in Symitar, CPS Integration provides a member with additional product options. Our CPS solution will display on the Teller/MSR screen several products/services which are based on eligibility criteria points pre-defined by the CU. If the members’ profiles don’t match the criteria, then the respective products will not be displayed on the Teller/MSR screen. The member is given the choice to select a product he/she is interested int. The member can alternatively choose to keep a product under follow-up category, which may be offered later. CPS will flag it as a product he/she may be interested in, or not to refer the product in future. The product selection information is stored and tracked for the member.
